The online Kick-Off Meeting was the official start of our project. We discussed all the project tasks, coordinated activities and talked about the implementation. The participating organizations were:

Our first Transnational Project Meeting in presence finally took place. The role of the host organization belonged to Diversity Hub from Kraków, Poland. We advanced with the management of the project, especially with our Training Manual: Integration of Diversity and Social Inclusion in The Training of Very Low-Skilled Adult Trainers.

On the 10th and 11th of May, the partners of the IDISI Project met in Bucharest, Romania for the 3rd project TMP hosted by Avensa Consulting.

Throughout these days we reviewed both products of the project. As such, our Training Manual: Integration of Diversity and Social Inclusion in The Training of Very Low-Skilled Adult Trainers has been finalized and we have entered the 2nd main stage of the project, finalizing the development of our project’s digital training tool .

The main goal of the IdiSI project, implemented in partnership by 6 organizations from 5 countries within the Erasmus+ programme, is to improve teaching methods and tools, through the efficient use of innovative solutions and digital technologies, to expand and develop the skills of trainers, educators and other employees who support disadvantaged people and adult students with reduced skills.

The 3rd Transnational Meeting benefited from the presence of 5 of our partners: CLP – Creative Learning Programmes Ltd / United Kingdom – Coordinator, APDI / Spain, European Education & Learning Institute / Greece, FUNDACJA DIVERSITY HUB / Poland and AVENSA CONSULTING / Romania while GROWTH COOP / Spain attended on-line.

There is no much time left of our IDiSI Project. The Project Managers of all our Partners met today and yesterday in Madrid, Spain in order to finalize all what is pending till the end of the project. Please see the pictures from the Meeting.

The main objective of this event was to present in general IDiSI project and discuss in detail the intellectual outputs with the trainers, stakeholders and potential users participated in the event, in order to get their feedback before the implementation of the project.

The participants were mainly:
University lecturers, ESOL teachers and community educators from Edinburgh
Development and support workers within the third sector in Edinburgh and Glasgow
Staff from the statutory sector involved with adult education in Scotland
Senior Consultant from the British Council in the UK

After general introduction to the event and the agenda, participants introduced themselves while participating in an ice-breaker activity.

Then, CLP presented;
a. The main objectives of the project,
b. The consortium partners,
c. The activities carried out so far, and
d. The Intellectual Outputs.

After the presentation we introduced and practiced one learning tool as example. Attendees were virtually placed in different Zoom breakout rooms and formed 3 groups of 5. In each room, the groups completed the activity, which took 20 minutes, as a group. Then we closed the breakout rooms, and everyone got back together. One person from each group was appointed as the rep and fed back to the group as whole.

Participants got the chance to feedback on their experience of engaging with the tool/exercise and evaluate the efficiency of the tool individually.

Then we demonstrated the IDiSI website

At the end, participants were asked to give their opinion on What are the top 4 requirements for making adult education inclusive?
We plan on using this further feedback during the development of our materials.

After 2 hours, the event was closed with questions and answers.

The main objective of this event was to present the project results and instruct the participants on how to access and use them.
The participants were mainly:

• Teachers and community educators from Edinburgh
• Development and support workers within the third sector in Edinburgh
• Staff from the statutory sector involved with adult education in Scotland
• Volunteers working with the target group of the project within the third sector organisations in Edinburgh

CLP presented;
a. The main objectives of the project,
b. The consortium partners,
c. The Intellectual Output 1, i.e., the IDISI platform. Participants were instructed on how to access the platform, how to create an account, and how to navigate through the platform and use the content.
d. The Intellectual Output 2, i.e., the IDISI Handbook.

After the presentation, we introduced and practiced one learning tool from our material, as an example.

Attendees were put into 4 groups of 5. The groups completed the activity, which took 20 minutes. Then one person from each group was appointed as the rep and fed back to the group as a whole.
Then the participants discussed how and when they can use this tool in their practices.

Afterward, participants created an account on the IDISI platform, using their smartphones, and scanned the material. Then they had a chance to ask their questions about both platform and the handbook. This was perticularly engaging and everyone enjoying practising one of the activities proposed in our material. It was a great way to demonstrate the practical use of our work.

The main objective of this event was to present in general IDiSI project and discuss in detail the intellectual outputs with the trainers, stakeholders and potential users participated in the event, in order to get their feedback before the implementation of the project.

The participants were mainly:
Teachers and educators of the Second Chance School of Rethymno, teaching mostly to migrant learners,
Teachers of Secondary and Post-secondary education,
Local stakeholders and Administrators of Region of Crete,
Charter members, members and professionals of the Association of Parents, Guardians and Friends of people with Autism of Rethymno,
Educators and professionals working with adult migrant learners, women and learners with disabilities in general.

At the beginning of the Event, EELI presented
a. The main objectives of the project,
b. The consortium partners,
c. The activities carried out so far, and
d. The Intellectual Outputs.

After a short break, and in order to start a constructive discussion between the participants, we implemented a brainstorming activity, called “Our stories”, where participants were asked to share with the rest of us, a story from their experience in working and interacting with disadvantaged people. That was the beginning of a very positive, helpful and productive discussion.

At the end of the event, all participants discussed about the expected results and impact of IDiSI project and filled in an evaluation questionnaire providing their feedback.

The main objective of this event was to present in general IDiSI project and discuss in detail the intellectual outputs with the trainers, stakeholders and potential users participated in the event, in order to get their feedback.

The participants were mainly:
Educators and professionals working with adult migrant learners, women and learners with disabilities in general.
Teachers and educators of the Second Chance School of Rethymno, teaching mostly to adult and/or migrant learners,
Teachers of Secondary and Post-secondary education,
Charter members, members and professionals of the Association of Parents, Guardians and Friends of people with Autism of Rethymno.

At the beginning of the Event, EELI presented:
a. The main objectives of the project,
b. The consortium partners,
c. The Intellectual Outputs and
d. The Pilot Testing results

There was a short break after the 1st part of the event and after that, the participants were given the chance to express their views, ask questions and hold a very fruitful conversation. Evaluation questionnaires were also handed out and filled-in by the participants.

The overall impression of the event was satisfactory and there weren’t any negative comments, neither about the project, not its presentations. The majority of the participants stated that they were quite pleased that they could access the project materials through an online platform, as it gives them the chance to browse through such interesting and useful resources. The organization of the event was evaluated as excellent. One person would have liked to know even more details about the platform itself, but the majority were satisfied by the volume and quality of the materials presented.

At this stage of the project, our partnership have produced all the intellectual outputs and those were presented during the event. The participants was local stakeholders, associations, etc. The methods of delivery are: Presentations, lectures, discussions and group work.

20, Trainers and Mayors from Andalusia with a great impact on the Education and Social Sector in the Region. Participant were local stakeholders and institutions and organizations form the training sector as well as representatives from regional governments.

The main objective of this event was to demonstrate the project’s intellectual outputs overview to trainers, stakeholders and potential users, in order to get their feedback before the implementation. The participants were local stakeholders, associations, etc. The methods of delivery are: Presentations, Lectures, discussions and group work.

All participants were interested in the multiplier event and the project itself. Project results were relevant to the activities, and profiles of the work that stakeholders and local institutions are experienced and they are very eager to follow-up the project even after the end. They were active participants of the project and were part of it. Based of the feedback IDiSI project is a good tool for promotion of integration and diversity of the disadvantaged. Most of the participants were educators and trainers or local mayors. In general, the Multiplier Event positively evaluated.

The main objective of this event was demonstration of the project assumptions, aims, and intellectual output to the trainers, stakeholders, and potential users in order to get feedback for the implementations.

At this multiplier event, 10 people were familiarized with the idea of supporting disadvantaged adult learners from diverse group by social inclusion and the concept of inclusive education. Part of the meeting was a lecture on The role of a trainer’s soft skills in the adult education process and a discussion.

All participants were asked for transfer information and disseminate the future results of the project within their networks, partnerships, organisations, and through different existing dissemination channels.

The feedback was be made by questionnaires. The meeting was conducted in accordance with the attached Agenda.

The event was addressed to participants representing target groups. The organiser provided a cameral and friendly atmosphere and space for the talk and networking. All participants were given information about the project and its products and also were encouraged to promote the event on their social media.

The aim of the multiplier event was to share and disseminate the intellectual outputs developed within the project as well as to promote the idea of inclusive language, inclusive education in process of integration diversity and social inclusion in trainings.

Therefore event had a supportive role in enhancing the sustainability of the project and reaching target groups.

All participants were asked for using the platform and disseminate the results of the project within their networks, partnerships, organisations, and through different existing dissemination channels.

First of all, the participants of the event and their organisations were introduced.As I mentioned before, the multiplayer event took place in online
mode. For security reasons regarding the situation with Covid 19, the ME was conducted in an online version. The event was mainly addressed to trainers, educators of certain institutions involved in the issue of inclusion such as Fundacion don Bosco as well as NGOs and other organizations such as Arquisocial, FEGRADI.

During the event, a presentation of the IDISI Project was made, in which the objectives of the project were explained, who are part of the project as well as the different intellectual products that are being developed. During the event the participation of the attendees was also encouraged and working groups on the main theme of the project were organised.

First of all, the participants of the event and their organisations were introduced.As I mentioned before, the multiplayer event took place in face to face The event was mainly addressed to trainers, educators of certain institutions involved in the issue of inclusion such as Fundacion don Bosco as well as NGOs and other organizations such as Arquisocial, FEGRADI.

During the event, a presentation of the IDISI Project was made, in which the objectives of the project were explained, who are part of the project as well as the different intellectual products that are being developed. The different phases of the project, the partners involved in the project and the results obtained were presented.

Some of the participants had already participated in the multiplier event so they were eager to see the final results.

The atmosphere was quite festive and they found it absolutely fantastic.
