Summary: The product consist of a didactic manual that gather all those aspects that help identify:

1. The needs of women, immigrants and disabled people with very low qualifications – three groups that have traditionally been on the margins of training.

2. The most innovative teaching-learning processes that should be used by trainers of trainers, and therefore by the trainers themselves, that help them achieve the promotion of diversity, social inclusion and integration of very low-skilled adults (women, immigrants and the disabled) in the context of adult training classrooms.
